Job Summary

Are you a programmer who wants to shift towards a more client-facing role? Interested in working with some TOP online retailers? If so, the Technical Implementation Analyst position is for you!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly expanding Platform Integration team at our Midtown Manhattan headquarters. The Technical Implementation Analyst is instrumental in the success of new merchant launches with the FiftyOne solution.

Position Responsibilities

Assisting merchant development teams with the integration process, using email, phone, web-based, and in-person meetings and interfaces
Conducting implementation support and pre-launch certification for new clients
Ensuring stability of the integration immediately post-launch as well as smooth handoff to the Production Support team
Performing user acceptance testing for new features and providing feedback to the Product Management department and other teams
Identifying opportunities for and collecting customer input regarding product enhancement requests
Supporting merchants in the adoption of new features as they are deployed
Collaborating with the Technical Communication team to craft technical documents to assist new customers with integration
Developing tools to support the team including toolkit contributions, code samples, monitors, and reports

Qualifications

2-4 years of related experience on a technical implementation team
1 year of professional experience with one or more of the following:
Ecommerce
Debugging and/or maintaining code written by a team
Teaching or presenting
Knowledge of and/or experience with the following technologies: SQL, SOAP APIs, XML over HTTPS, SFTP, Java, shell scripting, ecommerce platforms/technologies, Flash
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self starter, ability to work with limited supervision, multi-tasker
