Provides technical information, application assistance, sales orders, debit/credit transactions, return goods authorizations and other paperwork.

Recommend parts to resolve issues and suggests maintenance parts or filters as appropriate.

reates and maintains customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls

Maintains product and customer knowledge including the latest developments.

Assist customers in trouble shooting problems and complaints.

Manages delivery performance issues.

Supports Field Sales and Parts Marketing activities

I

nterprets customer orders, changes, releases, invoice adjustments and a variety of documents with accuracy.

May provide written or verbal quotes to customers and appropriate follow-up.

Writes and submits sales orders based on customer account guidelines.

Identifies and documents sales opportunities in CRM Database; forwards leads to Sales personnel.

Monitors lead management process

Supports marketing campaigns and trade events.

May visit customer facilities to solidify business relationships.

Qualifications

Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service.

  • Four year degree preferred with at least 2 years experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work with multiple computer systems and technology.
  • Ability to independently and effectively investigate and resolve problems related to customer issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand , interpret and communicate technical product applications.
