Assist customers in trouble shooting problems and complaints.
Manages delivery performance issues.
Supports Field Sales and Parts Marketing activities
nterprets customer orders, changes, releases, invoice adjustments and a variety of documents with accuracy.
May provide written or verbal quotes to customers and appropriate follow-up.
Writes and submits sales orders based on customer account guidelines.
Identifies and documents sales opportunities in CRM Database; forwards leads to Sales personnel.
Monitors lead management process
Supports marketing campaigns and trade events.
May visit customer facilities to solidify business relationships.
Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service.
- Four year degree preferred with at least 2 years experience in customer service.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work with multiple computer systems and technology.
- Ability to independently and effectively investigate and resolve problems related to customer issues.
- Demonstrated ability to understand , interpret and communicate technical product applications.
