i360technologies, Inc. is looking for Technical Lead with hands-on experience with Java, Microsoft SQL server, data modeling, and reporting tools to manage and oversee the support of a federal customer application and financial tracking system. This project is slated to kick of early March 2013.

Demonstrated experience in hands on technical lead development with:

Joint Application Design session participation and facilitation

Requirements gathering and analysis

Requirements management using Borland CaliberRM

Configuration management using Serena Dimensions CM

Development, maintenance, and unit testing of Java code

Database design and scripts using Microsoft SQL Server database

U.S. Government Configuration Baseline (USGCB) for Microsoft Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8 (IE 8)

Development in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973

Conforming to the Privacy Provisions of the E-Government Act of 2002 to ensure privacy

Developing and integrating data analytics and reports using SAS Business Intelligence

Performing scripted testing and test management using HP Quality Center

Overseeing User Acceptance Testing


System and required functions

System-to-system inter-connectivities and dependencies

Application security concerns and design requirements

Defects and issues


Must be experienced with running kick-off meetings and presentations.

Must be experienced with Microsoft Projects, creating and updating/managing an Integrated Master Schedule for complex software systems support.

Must be experienced with confirming the schedules for completion of planning-phase, transition tasks accomplishments and status reporting.(including confirmation of deliverables and due dates)

Maintain the accuracy of the integrated quality control plan reflecting planned work accomplishments and schedule updates and milestones required by the client team.

Must be able to address questions to confirm activities/requirements to support the client efforts success

Must be able to confirm roles and responsibilities for all involved team members

Must establish points of contact among team, client and stakeholders

Must be able to identify dependencies and critical paths for execution of the tasks

Must be experienced with identifying any issues/concerns related to task completion throughout the project phases.

Review and identify any Government-furnished equipment, material, or information required to complete the work under this task order

Must coordinate work with the incumbent support contractor to ensure no interruption of service and develop a Transition Plan

Must develop Support Standard Operating Procedures for Help Desk Support, Data Cleansing, System Troubleshooting, Issue Tracking and Resolution

Must coordinate activities with the business stakeholders and IT Operations and Software Maintenance Support contractors to align schedule, resources, and expectations for successful execution and delivery

Must ensure execution of defined software development life-cycle processes for the program

Must ensure quality development, delivery, and conformity to IT standards

Must provide status reporting and host status reviews

Must plan annual releases to determine the release timing, included prioritized enhancements and defect fixes

Work with team to evaluate the current software design and architecture and look for quick improvements to increase automation of data validation and decrease the required manual work for data cleansing

Guide development, test, disaster recovery, and production environments

Lead team operations for software maintenance and enhancement

Java software (e.g., commenting, refactoring, and performance tuning)

Microsoft SQL Server database

Perform full system life cycle development to improve the CIIS system user interface and general usability, and augment system functionality

Full system development life cycle for enhancements to implement changes in annual reporting data entry requirements

Report mods

Reporting data entry template mods

Interface mods

Lead identifying ways to improve efficiency, usability and error handling in user interface

Perform system analysis and full life cycle development to define and develop functionality for Compliance and Certification

Lead the team developing data entry type surveys

Lead the team to develop data entry modules with validations to reduce the reliance on manual data comparisons in the data cleansing procedures

Guide the team responsible for importing external reports and transform the data to comply with the standard data models as it is saved in the database

Lead improving data validation on the front-end and in the database to automate and minimize the need for data manipulation subsequent to collection

Enable users to extract a specified subset of program data in comma-separated value (.CSV), Microsoft Access file format, or as data SQL views in SAS format

Enable user authentication and document uploading

Ensure the team maintains a minimum of 99.5% up-time during normal hours of operation, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays

Lead the development and maintenance of the User Guides and on-line help that describe user functions and step-by-step instructions
