Responsible for leading software quality assurance and testing support; manage the development, implementation and testing of telecom applications on mobile platform using C#, PL/SQL, SQL Server, COM+, TCP/IP, XML, HTML, and Visual Basic; manage the test and support for application performance, scalability and reliability on existing and new platforms; perform risk analysis related to product design and development; define and improve operational processes, standard policies, execution framework, best practices, methodologies, reporting tools and benchmark metrics for software quality assurance and production support to achieve tangible results and promote efficiency across organization, particularly in the mobile testing space; understand system and architectural complexities and provide technical and strategic solutions for complicated business problems; work across organizations to ensure quality testing of critical new products and services.

Masters or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and 2 years experience in development, implementation, and testing of telecom applications using C#, PL/SQL, SQL Server, COM+, TCP/IP, XML, HTML, and Visual Basic. In lieu of Masters and 2 years experience, employer will accept Bachelors or foreign equivalent in the fields stated above based on a combination of education, training and/or experience as determined by a qualified evaluation service, and 5 years of progressive experience in the skill sets stated above.
