This individual has a strong technical background with proven software development, database, and management skills. The Technical Operations Lead is responsible for leading technology remediation efforts, and ensuring that proper resources, skills, tools, and priorities are applied to various development initiatives and support activities related to ongoing project deployment and support.

BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent required. 5-10 years of experience working with applications software and database software Ability to prioritize and rationalize various technical requirements, and ensure that key client commitments and delivery initiatives are being fully met Ensure delivery quality and documentation related to development, testing, and deployment of various product enhancements, scripts, and software modifications.
Serve as a liaison between operations and product development teams Maintain priorities of various technical modifications and changes Triage various software issues to ensure rapid turn-around of high priority items Develop processes to ensure high quality deliverable, documentation, testing, and deployment of software modifications to active Trials and New Trial Builds. Manage multiple tasks based on priority and defined company policies. Communicate data migrations to internal and external customers. Efficiently isolate and assess the potential root causes of technical problems. Maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance standards are met according to SOPs.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests. Strong troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of web and database applications. Ability to supervise various project processes and activities Ability to work independently in a very fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the software development life cycle
