Technical Producer
SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
The Technical Producer will lead the creative execution and technical development of new media advertising products, such as e-commerce and promotional websites, prototype development, rich media content development, display advertising, mobile platforms, mobile apps, and social media applications. This role will develop creative, innovative technical solutions and online marketing elements and coordinate design, development and technical production efforts to help businesses achieve their digital marketing and consumer outreach goals.

Essential Functions/Principal Accountabilities of the Job include but are not limited to the following:

Lead and coordinate the delivery of all digital projects.
· Facilitate the definition, idea generation and delivery of web products that integrate marketing campaigns through the digital landscape.
· Create project plans and coordinate the efforts of the overall team, including art directors, agency producers, creative and media, traffic and search specialists, development teams and technical staff.
· Require utilization of project management systems and development best practices throughout the project life cycle.
· Ensure the integrated elements of digital projects come together on time and meet stakeholder expectations for data integrity and product quality.
Working Relationships, Autonomy, and Supervision:
The Technical Producer must interact regularly, and collaborate effectively with all departments of the Agency.

EDUCATION:
·
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing communications, computer science or management information systems.
· Any specialized project management professional training or certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) a plus.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
·
Extensive marketing or advertising agency experience or digital production experience.
· Demonstrate the ability to lead multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
· Highly organized and creative with excellent communication skills.
· Thrive in a dynamic, quick-turnaround, deadline-driven business environment.
· Demonstrate leadership and authority required to move projects forward in a firm but respectful way.
· Digitally proficient and possess significant knowledge of advertising in the digital space.
· Motivated by learning something new every single day on the job.
