TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER: Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40hrs/wk.

Engage in ideation & define product requirements for RiseSmart’s process automation platform. Collaborate with business process owners to identify & maximize opportunities to use information & technology to improve product, service & business processes through workflow redesign. Work closely with engineering to drive success in all phases of the product lifecycle including product definition, development, testing, support & launch. Integrate usability studies, research & market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. Work with visual designers to create robust, well thought out use cases, detailed wireframes & mock-ups. Research competitors’ products, assess competitive advantages & determine what product features & functionality should be built. Analyze large data sets & provide actionable recommendations for product improvement.

5 years experience in process optimization, business process management/automation, SOA (service-oriented architecture), Platform-as –a service (PAAS) model & concepts. .NET (or JAVA), XML, HTML, JavaScript, WebServices (SOAP), SQL & stored procedures. Salesforce, SharePoint API’s & data analysis. MS SQL Server or Oracle. Agile Scrum teams using JIRA. Creating wireframes & clickable prototypes using Balsamiq & JustInMind, as well as drafting requirements gathering & design documents.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering
