The Product Owner will be responsible for the collection & development of business & technical requirements for the e2020 Product Platform & other organizational systems. This individual will be responsible for working with the business & technical teams at e2020 on the delivery of pragmatic and integrated technical solutions and services that meet business process initiatives, product launches, process improvement, and other strategies and objectives for e2020s platform products. Applicant must be pro-active, collaborative, driven and seek excellence. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Assists with the initiation of new product features by analyzing business/system requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing user stories & epics. Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project priorities. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline, preferred • 3 to 4 years of progressive Business Systems Analyst and Project Management experience in an Information Technology environment • Ability to estimate, plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and execute activities • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to management, team members, business and technology professionals • Ability to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction • Ability to apply broad business knowledge and practical experience to the analysis / solution generation process • Ability to be adaptable to a variety of project team roles, such as analyst, tester, documentation writer, trainer, team lead or mentor • Ability to develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staff • Thorough understanding of planning, analysis/requirements gathering and testing techniques required to support an agile development environment • Proficiency with business system design/ modeling, documentation and analysis techniques, and testing methodologies • Experience working as an Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile development environment a mustEducation 2020 is an EEO/AA employer.
