      Description:
      The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for aligning multiple value streams across select product vertical(s); managing dependencies, risks and ensuring overall business objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with agile program management, and will also demonstrate effective thought leadership. This individual will be a motivational force for continuous improvement efforts across the program.

      Responsibilities:
      Drive regular prioritized backlog Epics – ensuring technical, business and operational tracks are aligned and plan, manage and drive agenda, logistics and execution with a variety and diverse set of stakeholders.
      Provide hands-on guidance and training to individuals and teams on technical practices and all aspects of Agile, including planning and estimation, meetings, team collaboration, tracking progress, and retrospectives
      Relentless focus on business value: demonstrate tangible business results and help make results visible
      Support existing agile projects, remove blocking issues and help teams be successful
      Servant leader: promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation
      Mentor team members on agile software development principles and practices
      Responsible for stakeholder management, including coordination of departmental or cross-functional/cross-organizational teams as well as communication to management and within the organization, acting as a single program voice.

      Qualifications
      Bachelor’s degree in a technical (BS) or business related field (BA)
      5+ years of advanced software development management and/or project management experience
      2 years minimum prior experience with Agile coaching preferred
      Ability to face off against senior level management in both development and business organizations
      Excellent knowledge of the key drivers of business and development organizations
      Demonstrated expertise and experience in agile development methodologies
      Proficient in engineering practices that complement Agile/Scrum such as, but not exclusive of, Test Driven Development (TDD), Pair Programming, Collaborative Development, Automated Testing tools, User Centered Design
      Experience with Agile Development, Scrum Project Management, Product Owner best practices, preferably at scale in larger organizations
      Expertise in working effectively with distributed teams
      Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
      Ability to adapt, to be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
      Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members as well as functional managers
      Strong understanding of customers and customer value proposition.
