The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the project planning, scheduling, reporting and task oversight. The environment is a combination of Red Hat Linux and MS Windows.

? Work will include solution design, resource provisioning, system verification and delivery.

? Responsibilities will primarily include O&M of the established environment to include the development and implementation of support plans, oversight of engineering and deployment activities and the development and implementation of reporting activities for the environment to meet expanding needs.

? Responsible for every aspect of project operations to include cost control, personnel management, subcontract management, customer satisfaction assessment, contract understanding, execution and compliance, scope management, reporting, performance management, management/customer briefings, staffing, candidate selection and on-boarding, security processing, quality control, invoice management, business intelligence and correspondence.

? As the PM, Oversee a 24x7x365 watch and engineering team for a defense intelligence customer.

? As part of a greater leadership team, this role will include coordination with other program areas to ensure companies success and continued growth.

? Conversant with industry best practices and improvement techniques and initiatives that serve to maximize business value (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PMI, ITIL, CMMI, etc)

? Candidate will have the level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and aptitude in IT services to support the deliverables of the project.

? Understanding of Service Desk operations, Shift Rotations and Software Development Lifecycle is preferred.

? Ability to define, plan and manage tasks associated with the build out and support of a Linux / Windows OS hosted VM environment.

? Ability to use project management tools and for efficient project oversight and reporting.

? This position will include direct customer interaction and as such strong and effective communication skills are required.

? Ability to effectively lead a team of support personnel to meet operational objectives.

? A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of IT and/or management experience is required.

? Relevant Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC)

? Industry certification is highly desired. i.e., PMP, ITIL, etc.
