Our Technical Recruiters support the organization's business objectives by identifying and effectively communicating with consultants, qualifying job listing, scheduling consultant interviews with client managers, and generating consultant assignments from a database of consultants. Responsibilities include: recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring technical consultants to work for Oxford at client sites on a national level.

8 Base salary plus an attractive incentive plan - first year income potential is $50,000 or higher. Second and subsequent years' earning potential will be significantly higher.
