Support sales and management in the identification, qualification, and presentation of candidates in support of Staffing, Business and IT Consulting Services. Build and manage candidate network relative to customer needs. Performs technical skills assessments and ranks candidates accordingly. Keeps candidate skills and resumes updated for proper presentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain posting and monitoring requirements, working as liaison between account managers, candidates, preferred clients and HR
Works with management to address concerns with Customer regarding personnel policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, co-employment issues, risk counseling, employment laws.
Develops and maintains customer relationships.
Work with customer to process reclassifications ensuring that direct margin is either maintained and/or improved.
Supplier relations to include requisition distribution, coordination of submittals, hires, reclassifications, as well as customer and consultant contact on behalf of the subcontract company(s).
Responsible for quality management, data management, resource management and contract compliance communications, support of customer mandated metrics.
Maintain contact with contractors and employees to promote company benefits, discount programs, employee/customer referral program.
Communicate contract ends, extensions and when necessary, manages timely transition to new contract engagements – promoting long-term retention
Proactively sourcing candidates for open requisitions nationwide
Identifying creative recruiting sources to attract qualified candidates
Build network, manage preferred network
Short listing candidates based on agreed upon criteria
Performs technical interviews to include detailed assessments of capabilities
Interviews for soft skills/customer fit
Presentation of resume to Account Manager, Sales or Management as determined
Perform reference checks
Maintain candidate database
Knowledge and skills required:
3-5 years of experience in recruiting for sales and marketing staff for IT products and services or related field.
Demonstrated technical aptitude of IT environments and IT organizations.
Proven success record with exceptional customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Self-starter with an aggressive and proactive attitude, and strong negotiation skills.
Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking capability.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and IE.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelorâ€™s degree in a technical discipline or with an academic concentration in human resources, sales
2-4 years sales or customer service experience
Minimum of 1-3 years experience demonstrating success in recruiting highly skilled, diverse IT consultants; talent management and customer service.
Any combination of above education/experience.
