The Technical Recruiter we are looking for must have the proven ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients in the wireless/telecom industry that is crucial to business success. To achieve this, the candidate must provide world class service to employees and clients by earning their respect, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and having a strong sense of urgency. Our successful candidate will work remotely in San Francisco and has an established pipeline of eager, ready-to-work talent.
Responsibilities include:
Sourcing and contacting quality candidates that meet our clients’ requirements.
Screen candidates and present them to our clients.
Complete reference checks and employment offers for successful candidates.
Build a pipeline of candidates for future position openings.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field preferred).
Have a proven track record of at least two years work experience at a staffing firm (or wireless/telecom firm) as a Recruiter with the ability to source, screen, interview, and present IT and Wireless candidates.
Must be able to work with a diverse group of global candidates.
Be competitive have a desire to win.
Engaging personality and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional computer skills.

Education and/or experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, technology or related field (preferred, not required) with a minimum of two years related work experience as a technical recruiter in IT or wireless/telecommunications. Developed a network of possible candidates through sourcing and referrals. Ability to negotiate on contractor’s behalf with client. Have successful record of placing candidates. Strong computer skills using MS Office for proofing, editing, and formatting. Strong database experience to search candidates and complete hiring information. Must have strong candidate sourcing skills using Internet, job sites, Boolean searches.
Language and Related Skills
Ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with contractors, internal and external clients, and general public. Must have strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Additionally, needs to communicate regularly via phone, text messages. Needs to have no fear of heavy phone call volume. Must have ability to learn technical terms and information.
Reasoning Ability
Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues. Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of business ethics. Must be able to use traditional and non-traditional methods to source candidates.

Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to airborne particles. While at some client sites, may be exposed to extreme temperature and climate differences.
Travel
Travel is required for this position via motor vehicle or by airplane to contractor work sites. Ability to travel to client offices, corporate headquarters, and other geographic regions as required. Travel may be 10% of position.
