OnX USA LLC is hiring a Technology Recruiter to work fulltime in New York City Headquartered in New York City we design build manage and accelerate complex data and data center solutions With nearly a billion dollars in revenue and over 25 years of experience we have become one of the most certified IT Solutions Providers in the world OnX specializes in virtualization networking security data management consulting hardware solutions software solutions communications application services and data center solutions The Information Technology Recruiter will source qualify and hire technology resources You will be a part of an entrepreneurial fastgrowing highvolume Professional Services Division named OnDemand Consulting OnDemand specializes in providing a broad range of highquality technology professionals to various midsized large and enterprise customers You will have Solution Architects skilled in various areas to act as your source to qualify candidates The OnX OnDemand model allows us to respond as fast as an agency with the same quality as an IT manufacturer You will manage fullcycle recruiting for entrylevel up to seniorlevel positions from receipt of approved requisition through offer setting the recruitment strategy for endtoend results Major Responsibilities Conducts a consultative intake session with the hiring manager to set expectations and the evaluation plan for the recruiting process create targeted candidate profile develop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager Acts as a consulting partner to hiring manager throughout recruitment lifecycle Uses a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to attract a pool of qualified candidates Manage evaluation process incorporating behavioral interviews and validated assessment tools as needed to identify final candidate pool Extends and negotiates the offer package Works with Recruitment Coordinator to initiate onboarding process and transition candidate to new employee Enter all applicant candidate flow and recruiting information in MaxHire (OnX’s Applicant Tracking System) Qualifications 57 years recruiting experience including at least five years recruiting IT professionals Demonstrated expertise in using standard sourcing tools (corporate websites general job boards professional associations agencies college postings and alumni organizations open houses employee referrals) as well as specialized sourcing strategies (contracted research niche websites social networking) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality of candidates to meet business requirements in a cost effective manner Demonstrated assessment skills in effectively evaluating candidates (training in behavioral event or competency based interviewing a plus) Strong communication skills (written and oral) and customer centric approach is essential Demonstrated ability to successfully manage workload of up to 30 open positions at any given time Effective consulting skills in working with business partners in setting recruiting expectations developing an effective sourcing strategy evaluating candidates and providing competitive market analysis Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently to manage workload Working knowledge of applicantcandidate tracking systems is highly desired Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products creating documents reports and briefing materials in Microsoft Office Word PowerPoint and Excel specifically Strong result orientation and comfort level in working in a high performance metricsdriven recruiting environment Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements Bachelors Degree required Position is based in Manhattan NYC local candidates to the NYC area will be considered not offering relocation OnX USA LLC is an equal opportunity employer who encourages all persons regardless of race gender or age to apply technical staff augmentation / recruiting skills
