Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with OtterBase Account Managers as well as hiring managers within clients
  • Utilize internal and external databases to locate and identify potential candidates
  • Conduct internal office interviews to evaluate candidate/client fit and identity candidates strengths and weaknesses
  • Negotiate contract terms, compensation and insurance packages for candidates
  • Prepare and support candidates through the entire submittal, interview and offer process
  • Assist candidates through all of the pre-employment steps including reference checks, new employee paperwork, drug-screen and background check, ensuring everything is done correctly and in accordance with the clients specifications
  • Maintain excellent and ongoing contractor relations once candidates are placed with clients
  • Represent OtterBase at networking events and career fairs
  • Requirements
    • 1-3 years of recruiting or sales experience
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong work ethic
    • Passion for your work
    • Excellent time management & organizational skills
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Willingness to put others before themselves
    • Desire to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to use good judgment in order to connect the right candidate with the right client
