The Technical Recruiter position involves locating, interviewing and placing qualified candidates to fill IT related positions. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial work-ethic will have the ability to multitask and take on a wide variety of responsibilities. In addition, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized and have at least one to three years ’ experience in a recruiting position as well as strong writing and relationship building skills.You MUST have a strong have a track record as a Sr. Technical recruiter with ability to source, screen, interview and present candidates for positions related to DW " BI or ERP (ie: SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.).Job Responsibilities: · Managing a full lifecycle recruiting process for a specific group of technical skills · Understand technical staffing requirements given by clients · Identify suitable candidates from job boards, personal network and other sources who match the requirement · Speak with the candidates to determine skill level and ensure their availability for the project · Finalize rate with the candidate and submit profiles to the requirement · Follow up on submitted candidates Job Skills Required: · Has excellent communication skills to converse over the phone with technical resources · Proven internet and social media proficiency including data mining and Boolean search abilities · Good written communication skills to write emails · Good understanding of IT/Technology skills at a high level to understand the requirement (e.g.: DW " BI or ERP (ie: SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.).
