Senior Technical Recruiter – Prior Start-Up and Full Life-Cycle Recruiting Experience Mandatory

We want a Technical Recruiter who isn’t afraid to own their sales and marketing persona. Who understands they are equally responsible for helping brand Tagged. You should always be looking for unique ways to identify talent and differentiate Tagged. You should be aware of trends and techniques which will allow the Talent Team to streamline hiring while impacting what we’re really here to do – which is attract and interact with amazing candidates who then become employees.

You’ll provide full life-cycle recruiting which means you own the requisition from the moment it is opened until the candidate arrives on their first day. You are responsible for understanding the role, the needs of the hiring manager, their team, and then you are responsible for determining where to post the job, how to source for the candidate, pre-screening, interviewing, and then on-boarding the candidate.

You will always be recruiting and aware of the best talent in the market, whether we have an open requisition or not. Network, Network, Network. Host Meetups, Blog, identify creative ways for Tagged to spread the word about why were recently named, again, to the Top 10 Best Places to Work, Forbes Most Promising Companies (2012), and our CEO Greg Tseng was named 40 under 40 for innovative young professionals by the SF Business Times (2013).

Build Relationships – with everyone, the hiring manager, the candidates, other employees, your team mates. We’re not looking for transactions. We want meaningful connections. If this sounds like you – and you meet the minimum qualifications below to be successful on our team – then let’s talk!

To be successful on the Tagged Talent Team the minimum qualifications you must have:

A combination of 3+ years in-house and agency experience including at a start-up.

You must have full life cycle recruiting experience .

You must have prior experience closing 3+ requisitions per month.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with an ATS, ideally Jobvite.
