As a recruiter with Twitter, you will partner with some of the industry's premier engineering and business leaders. Our hiring managers rely on the recruiters to consult deeply on all matters of hiring strategies, org dev, and offer negations. As a member of the Twitter recruiting team, you will have support network of one of the most experienced (and simply fun) recruiting groups in the entire interwebs business.

Requirements:
Over 5 years experience as a corporate (in-house) recruiter, preferably with 2 of these years in Software Engineering

Additional proven experience in an agency environment, either contingent or retained

Strong social and professional networking presence over a variety of sites

Expertise in Internet recruiting, including sourcing products and applicant tracking systems

Demonstrated experience coaching interviewers and scaling hiring processes

History of collaborating with senior engineering and business leaders from top-tier companies

Outstanding client service, negotiation, and closing skills

A keen sense of humor and an innate tendency to inject levity to the job

Responsibilities:
Take initiative to develop job descriptions with hiring managers by understanding required skills and background, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company

Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Use combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top of class candidates

Act as advocate for both clients and candidates throughout hiring process, establish regular touch points and diligent follow through

Project manage all components involved in full life-cycle recruiting through close collaboration with Coordination and Sourcing teams

Extend offers, close candidates, and document results to further improve candidate close rate

Work closely with Comp Manager and HRBP on refining tech ladders and leveling roles

Bring class and panache to the job, make your work & sense of urgency seem easy
