Key skills required Understanding of email concepts including bouncebacks whitelisting deliverability etc Knowledge of Email servers like Exchange or Lotus Notes nice but not required Knowledge of Lyris is a plus but not mandatory TCL andor other shell programming JavaJ2EE programming experience strongly recommended Ability to solution and architect in the email and services domain is a requirement Understanding capability to write J2EE services understanding XML etc a plus Familiarity with Ironports email scanning secure emails web rules engines data migration tools such as Informatica and Data Stage data warehouse reporting and document management will be key within this role Handson technical experience in these are not mandatory but a highlevel understanding for solutioning and technical project management purposes will be very useful Experience managing and coordinating large complex projects across many teams from a technical perspective is required Ability to perform business analysis is a plus as well Expected Responsibilities Position is with a new team role will evolve over time It is a technical position but may involve more solutioning and team coordination than handson development Current understanding of role includes 1) Technical SME for an internal enterprise email solution 2) Solution architect 3) Technical Project Manager across many technical teams for email solution deliveries 4) Handson developer in Lyris TCL J2EE apps services merge templates and emailrelated needs Tasks and Responsibilities Additional info Will assist with project setups for new edelivery communications Troubleshooting and debugging for testing effort support Coordinate crossplatform solutions for key edelivery functionality Assist with business analysis of edelivery requirements and business needs Provides comprehensive production and development support including problem definition ticket documentation and customer support Resolves application and technical problems through rigorous testing and problem identificationsolution Participates in larger project teams and at more senior levels leads these teams Assist in the development ongoing evolution of an IT Architecture that balances current needs and positions for future needs Suggested Experience Qualifications Understanding of web services Strong database skills Crossproject and platform solutioning and technical managementcoordination Willingness to learn new things quickly and frequently J2EE,Email Servers
