Ryan Herco Flow Solutions , is a leading nationwide distributor of fluid handling products, providing ultrapure, corrosion resistant fluid flow systems and expertise. Our broad customer base includes electronic component and equipment manufacturers, many chemical, water treatment, metal finishing, pollution control and biotechnology companies as well as OEM's and mechanical contractors.

This is an opportunity to expand your sales career . We need a talented Sales Engineer who has 4+ years sales experience, preferably in our industry, to cultivate business with Architect & Engineering firms and train existing Outside Field Sales in contractor business development. We are offering an exceptional guaranteed starting salary in addition to a generous auto allowance and fuel card.

In this position, you will also service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts.

Requirements -

• Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
Experience selling to contractors a plus.

•Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.

•Develops Ryan Herco staff by providing technical information and training.

• Makes articulate, effective presentations to a variety of audiences.

•Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.

•Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.

•Can explain product features and benefits, and clearly articulate the Ryan Herco Flow Solutions value statement.
