Provide support for the Identity Database Management System (IDMS) operation for the Trusted Agents (TAs), local site administrators, and card production contractors. Engineers shall receive, record, address, and support reported problems with TWIC system components; these include, but are not limited to, networks, software, IDMS, enrollment and issuance stations, and enrollment and issuance hardware and software as well as system performance and workflow issues.
