Technical Services Specialist (TSS)will provide hands-on IT infrastructure support at a client site and/or remotely. The TSS is accountable for IT technical service delivery to the client. The clients are rural and critical access hospitals around the US. The TSS has a solid understanding of hospital IT operations and solutions. The TSS maintains an open line of communication with the Client Management team, the end Client, and the Technical Service Lines to ensure client priorities are being met. The TSS provides status to the Project Management Office (PMO) and escalates and communicates as necessary to ensure projects are successful. Anthelio utilizes an ITIL based Service Management (SM) framework that includes: Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Release Management. The TSS follows these SM processes where applicable.

• Travel as needed to client sites to directly support the customer
• Preform site assessments to determine local requirements for the IT infrastructure including point of care devices, network and datacenter
• Perform tasks such as: unpacking new servers, racking servers in a datacenter, physical network wiring support, configure the server from the OS to the application, install SQL Server and configure
• Work with a remote team in India for other system configuration setup
• Manage multiple client installations in parallel
• Travel to client hospitals up to 80%
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science required or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in IT Service Delivery
  • MS Windows Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008 installation experience required
  • Related MS Certifications highly preferred
  • VMware installation experience
  • Broad knowledge of relevant technologies and how they can be applied practically to solve business problems
  • Global team experience highly preferred
  • Experience and comfort working with hospital department leadership
  • Strong customer facing skills including excellent communication skills, verbal, written and professional
  • Healthcare technology (Hospital Operations) experience highly preferred
  • ITIL certifications / knowledge preferred
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and progress career in IT
  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 80% travel
