About the job: Fitbit ’s People Team is seeking a Technical Sourcer to help find the best talent in both Hardware and Software Engineering.

In this role you will be very involved in recruiting for high volume and technical roles at Fitbit. You will make a huge impact on the growth of our engineering teams. The People Team is a small group with big exposure to all facets of the company. You will work closely with all teams at all levels.

Responsibilities: Work closely with recruiters/ recruting manager, and techncial managers to qualify an ideal Fitbit candidates Become familiar with many advanced recruiting techniques Screen candidates and attract top talent to interview for roles @ fitbit Responsible for learning and utilizing the latest sourcing techniques to identify candidates open searches within our engineering team Familiarizing yourself with a variety of research methods to identify candidates (code repositories, LinkedIn, Google, open source communities, coding competitions, etc.) Focus on researching the best candidates and ensure they have a great experience interviewing @ Fitbit About you: B.S. /B.A. Degree (good GPA a plus) Strong passion to work in a startup environment and for a company promoting health and fitness Great organization skills, ability to multitask in a high paced environment Creative- quotthink outside of the boxquot Self-starter Career minded and looking to develop themselves with a leading Tech Company.
