Guide sourcing strategy and direction for a team of technical sourcers
Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels
Partner with recruiting leadership and engineering hiring managers to assess engineering talent needs and strategize new recruiting initiatives
Set team goals, manage team performance to the goals and make necessary adjustments
Develop, coach and guide direct reports, while fostering an inclusive team environment
Mentor and develop members of the broader sourcing team with the goal of maximizing potential and efficiency
Conceive and implement sourcing performance measurement systems
Develop and lead projects and initiatives to increase technical candidate pipeline Requirements ยท Minimum of eight years technical recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team, or otherapplicable experience
Past experience managing project teams and/or mentoring
Broad knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies
Ability to interface with all levels of management, including senior VPs
Prior success planning and executing newtechnical sourcing strategies
Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills
Broad experience through all aspects of the recruitment process
Experience sourcing SW Engineering, Operations and IT engineers a plus
Exceptional interviewing, communication,organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners, candidates and agencies
