In this role, candidates provide customer service and diagnose product issues in a collaborative team-based environment. Technical Specialists communicate with our worldwide customer base through phone, email and online meetings. Perform frontline customer service and support
Assist customer installations of all Axceler products
Maintain technical support knowledge and information
4 yr degree (Computer Science majors are preferred but not required)
Customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired but not Required Skills:
Practical experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administration
Microsoft SharePoint certification
