The Office of Information Technologies is seeking to fill the position of Technical Support Consultant I within Help Services. The Technical Support Consultant I position assists members of the University community (students, staff and faculty) with a wide range of computing questions in person, via telephone/email and documenting communications in OIT’s help request tracking system. Must use sound judgment when analyzing client questions in order to identify problems, and determine the appropriate strategies for troubleshooting these problems.
