The candidate must live in the Reno, Nevada area and must be on-site at our Reno office - no remote candidates .

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support the Coupa Cloud. This role will involve resolving customer tickets, managing Linux servers, writing scripts in SQL, Ruby/Perl/Python/PHP to run reports and make changes requested by customers, partners and internal teams and automate manual processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies is a must
• Experience in customer service
• Experience with scripting such as using Java, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, Bash
