Internal Controls Tech - Level I

The candidate must be able to apply an understanding of the principles, concepts, practices and standards in the area of technology processes and controls. In addition, the candidate will assist, when necessary, with research and analyses requested by management. The candidate must have the ability to work independently with minimal instruction, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships. The Individual must display critical thinking skills and an analytical approach to problem solving.

Assist in investigating and implementing improved controls for technology areas. Assess risks, document processes, test controls, and provide support for remediation efforts.
Perform periodic reviews.
Report control failures and design gaps.
Ensure that documentation is compliant with the Enterprise standards.
Provide technical support to business teams.
Conduct research for and respond to inquiries from internal and external points of contact.
Develop and manage schedules for reviews
Manage a centralized calendar and coordination of password resets across the enterprise,
Clearly articulate the up and downstream impacts of the password resets
Create and publish password reset metrics
Document processes and policies.
Track incident tickets and ensure completion of password resets

Skills required:
MS Office Suite with strong Excel/Access skill set (the ability to create using Excel/Access)
SharePoint end-user admin experience with a focus on creating calendars and work streams
Remedy ticketing system

The level 1s will be responsible for tracking, recording and reporting on various reviews and processes.

Must haves: MS Office and SharePoint
