Avaya Government Solutions has an immediate opening for a Technical Support Specialist located in Alexandria, VA. Tier 2/3 helpdesk position includes the following responsiblities: Answer trouble calls and inquiries from customers concerning the use of Electronic Filing System for filing Patent applications at the USPTO, troubleshoot PC/Macintosh/Unix configuration and application problems. Provide gudiance in patent application business process and procedures (90% of the time). Process related paperwork and other duties as assigned (10% of the time). Helpdesk hours are from 6am-midnight, M-F This positon is for 1-10pm

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 1-5 years.
