A large retailer in the area is looking for technical support in their help desk location. Job Duties: Customer Service and Troubleshooting technical issues.
Duties would include the following:
- Answering phone calls and internet inquries from internal employees
- Troubleshooting issues involving hardware, software, internet, as well as POS equipment
- Providing excellent customer service
- Utilizing resources when unsure of correct answers
At least a year experience in a similar role or 6 months and a degree in a computer related field.
- 6 months to 1 year experience
- All applicants will be subject to a pre-employment background check
- Applicant will be subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment
