Technical Support

Hours: 40 hours a week
Pay: $12/hr with set increases- Temporary

A large retailer in the area is looking for technical support in their help desk location. Job Duties: Customer Service and Troubleshooting technical issues.

Duties would include the following:
  • Answering phone calls and internet inquries from internal employees
  • Troubleshooting issues involving hardware, software, internet, as well as POS equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Utilizing resources when unsure of correct answers

At least a year experience in a similar role or 6 months and a degree in a computer related field.

Job Requirements
  • HS/GED
  • 6 months to 1 year experience
  • All applicants will be subject to a pre-employment background check
  • Applicant will be subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment
