Your raison d'tre is to create clarity and empower people with the technical information they need to solve problems. When it comes to explaining complex technical issues in a way that engineers and admins can understand, you have no equal. Having been in the trenches of desktop support, infrastructure management, or IT consulting you understand the real world of the IT administrator, and are able to craft curricula to accommodate your audience. You are naturally curious about how things work, tenacious in getting the answers and with your affinity with words and metaphor, effectively deliver content to convey essential understanding. With an upbeat and energetic personality, you know how to capture and retain your audience's attention.
