Responsibilities for this Position:

Plans, develops and coordinates training programs for personnel and customers. Develops specifications for content of the courses. Prepares lesson plans and obtains training materials, determines methodology and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a specialized area or field or the equivalent, and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience; or master’s degree and 3 – 5 years of related experience.

Department of Defense TS/SCI with poly security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

SIGINT experience a must

Knowledge of Networking Protocols
5 years training experience (1-3yrs should be classroom based)
A minimum five years of specialized experience in training to include developing computer-based courseware, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature, is desired.
Linux - Preferred
Familiarity with ISD Guidance and the ADDIE process preferred

Qualifications (Preferred):

Proficient and able to perform all responsibilities associated with the position; Able to handle complexity but requires more direction.
