Responsible for converting and migrating documents into the ECCO application. Need to have strong technical writing, written and verbal skills, knowledge of HTML and bilingual in Spanish and English
Strong Technical Writing and documentation skills
Thorough understanding of HTML/XML code including troubleshooting and quality review, with ability to work comfortably in code view to access/identify and resolve issues.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS
> Possesses technical writing experience in one of the following areas: user manuals, documentation of systems or programs, training manuals, operational run books, installation guides, methods and procedures manuals, and articles regarding technical subject matter, e.g., products, systems, and facilities for technical newsletters or magazines.
> Possesses familiarity with Method/1 documentation.
> Displays `hands-on` experience with the application being documented.
FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITY
>Interfaces with users, developers, trainers or trainees to update/revise documentation to reflect the most effective and concise terminology, best methods and practices (exercises), and new software features.
