Write user documentation and context-sensitive help systems. Produce instructional content for websites and other electronic formats. Create and deliver training materials and professional development to customers. Plan, manage, and budget the production time of training materials and user documentation. Make training information and documentation understandable and easy-to-use.


Strong work ethics; outstanding character while working within a team environment; excellent communication skills; self starter.


Understands concepts and develops in-depth working knowledge of products/processes, applications, development tools and systems in assigned area of responsibility. Designs and develops the technical documentation of varied products. Ensures documentation and training products meet all requirements for release to appropriate delivery channels. Ability to edit own work and work of others. Identify process improvements. Manages documentation and training projects from start to finish. Assist with software release notes, technical specifications and other engineering documentation as needed.


Excellent verbal and communication skills with the demonstrative ability to work with all levels within the organization.


Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university desired. Minimum of 5+ years experience in software development of complex systems. Must have some knowledge of EDC and experience with applications designed with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
