Individual will perform analysis of existing procedures within Vendor and Business Management and will leverage this information to create and design new procedure manuals. Must be able to collaborate and drive results. Requires thought leadership and ability to take vague information and translate into actual, meaningful procedure manuals. Candidate need to be proficient in Powerpoint and Excel
- > Possesses technical writing experience in one of the following areas: user manuals, documentation of systems or programs, training manuals, operational run books, installation guides, methods and procedures manuals, and articles regarding technical subject matter, e.g., products, systems, and facilities for technical newsletters or magazines.
- > Possesses familiarity with Method/1 documentation.
- > Displays "hands-on" experience with the application being documented.
- >Interfaces with users, developers, trainers or trainees to update/revise documentation to reflect the most effective and concise terminology, best methods and practices (exercises), and new software features.
