Randstad National Recruiting is seeking 2 Technical Writers to work for a nationwide financial company based in Phoenix, AZ. This position is temporary with the assignment lasting 3 months. Those that cannot commit to the below schedule, should not reply.
Title: Technical Writer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 3 months
Hours: M-F 40 hours
Pay Rate: $21.00/ hour
Job Description:
This person will work with project teams and line of business managers across our Collections and Customer Service businesses to document actions taken to remediate issues impacting our customers. Since this consultant will work closely with other technical writers, line of business management, project managers and our legal department, strong communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Track and maintain all procedures, project plans etc. to ensure timely review revision and submission to the project team.
Assure archiving of all documentation for future reference
Attend all remediation project meetings
Track and report actions taken on remediation projects
Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and other business contacts.
Working hours: Standard M-F
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Microsoft Office products
Sharepoint
Dreamweaver (not required)
HTML (not required)
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively in a cross-departmental team
2-4 years experience managing content and production for high traffic communications
Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Technical writing or a related field preferred, but not required.
