Manager, Entitlement Management Re-Engineering
The Entitlement Management Re-Engineering Manager is responsible for planning and delivering entitlement process automation and improvements. They will identify opportunities for process improvements within the Identity and Entitlement Management area within Information Security and implement solutions to achieve automation, improved user experience, increased controls, and streamlined processes. The Entitlement Management Re-Engineering Manager will lead the team responsible for analyzing current manual and automated processes, and developing new/enhanced processes using automated provisioning and other tools They will develop solution requirements and design of business processes/workflows, plan improvement projects, and ensure adherence to policies, controls and quality standards. The Entitlement Management Re-Engineering Manager will develop strategic solution roadmaps to automate key identity management processes and security administration initiatives using CA Identity Manager. They will analyze complex business and information technology processes and workflows associated with entitlement requests, approval workflows, and entitlement reviews. They will identify the business functionality and process dependencies/requirements across and between components and groups (access requests, workflow management, interfaces to data repositories and systems, etc.). They will determine impact of solutions, quantify project benefits, model process flows to predict throughput and bottlenecks, and review other impacts of process changes (e.g., cost, cycle-time, etc.). The Entitlement Management Re-Engineering Manager will direct and monitor work efforts and projects, identity resource needs, perform quality review, and report progress and issues. · 3 years experience with automated provisioning projects with identity and access management product sets (CA Identity Manager preferred)
- Superior problem-solving capabilities and demonstrated ability to produce results of projects on schedule and on budget
- 5 years advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IS/IT controls and related standards
- 3 years experience in managing IT solution deployments
- 4 years experience managing team of business analysts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology/engineering or business administration
- Optional experience in managing single sign-on and federation projects (CA SiteMinder) a plus
