Wealth Management Americas IT (WMA), in conjunction with Group Technology, provides systems and services across the WMA enterprise.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to create Non-Functional Technical Documents, Standards and Processes for WMA IT.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A proven track record as a Technical Writer
The ability to interact with technical and non-technical employees across the organization
The ability to create templates and standards for new and existing documentation
The ability to define and develop a consistent approach and standards for technical documentation
The ability to create a Center of Excellence for technical documents, standards and processes
Have good time management skills
5-10 years of experience as a Technical Writer
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio), Sharepoint, Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts and terminology
Familiarity with object-oriented concepts, particularly Java
