As a Technical Content Developer, you will partner with NetApp subject matter experts (SMEs) to continuously build a knowledge base of cross-functional content for Product Operations. You will use your content management skills to ensure information from SMEs is formatted and delivered in readable and searchable format. You will work cross-functionally with other professionals in the SW Development, QA, Information Engineering, Program and Product Management, and Education teams. The ideal candidate is well-versed in content management systems and web tools such as DreamWeaver, Snagit, and CSS. Writing a variety of content and collaborating on Software Development and QA content is a key function of the position. Writing samples of applicable tutorials and web content must be submitted with resume to be considered.
