Duties:
Performs installation, test, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for communications equipment, electronics equipment, large computers, minicomputers, or microprocessors, including buses for those in a complex networked environment.
Requirements:
At a minimum should have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency. Preferred to be a graduate of a technical or computer school. At a minimum should have five (5) years relevant work experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of communications equipment, electronics equipment, minicomputers, or microprocessors, including those in a networked environment, as appropriate for the task. Should have capability to distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above. Qualifications Requires High School diploma or equivalent with five to six years of related experience. Technical training equivalent to an Associates degree preferred. Degrees High School Diploma or GED Certificate
