We are seeking intern/ co-op students to serve as Geotechnical/Environmental Engineering Technicians assisting office engineers and project managers with day-to-day project tasks. Minimum numbers of months is 3 months and position is a January/February start.
•Candidate should be at least 2 years into their academic career.
•Candidate should be enrolled in a civil, geotechnical, or environmental engineering educational program (undergraduate or graduate).
•Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.
•40 hour OSHA trained and certified is preferred but not required
Monitoring and providing documentation of geotechnical construction activities and communicating site activities with Project Managers. Also will assist engineers and Project Managers on project tasks, such as managing laboratory data, working with spreadsheets, and filing project documents. May also assist laboratory manager in running geotechnical testing on soil samples.
