Under the direction of the Director, performs molecular oncology testing of clinical and research specimens in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with quality system documents and all regulatory standards while meeting customer expectations.
We will rely on you to perform DNA/RNA based testing and quality control testing. You will interpret and create laboratory reports. The ability to troubleshoot and be a technical resource for laboratory staff is a must.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in biology, chemistry, molecular biology, immunology, clinical laboratory science, or related field. If a related field, must have completed courses in general biology, chemistry, molecular biology, and/or biochemistry. Ideal candidates will have clinical laboratory experience, including PCR (polymerase chain reaction) testing.
