Abstract:
Wellington Management is seeking a Lead Analyst to lead the client experience program within the Client Facing Technology team. Bringing a client perspective to our technology, this role must ensure propositions are developed which improve the online experience whilst meeting the needs of the firm.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of Wellington’s next-generation of client tools and technologies. Offering our clients a unified, high quality experience regardless of medium is our top priority. In this strategically important role the candidate will have the opportunity to drive change and bring their previous experiences in this space to the fore.

The software portfolio in this space is anticipated to include tailored digital content and portals by product, client and region, advanced email marketing campaigns, interactive dashboards that allow a client to access data, documents and videos, mobile tools to allow the client access to critical information on the move and much more. All of this occurs in a friendly, fast-paced environment filled with top-tier technologists.

Responsibilities:
•Drive the technical vision and roadmap for Wellington’s digital Client-facing platform
•Working with marketing, relationship management and technology teams to design solutions which meet the needs of both Wellington and our clients
•Building solutions for the most complex technical issues in the client technology portfolio
•Responsible for managing the initiation, development and delivery of multiple large projects for our clients
•Manage stakeholders with competing objectives, negotiate with senior leaders and represent the Digital projects at Steering and Governance Committees
•Work with third party agencies and internal UX teams to create a leading user experience that increases client satisfaction and technical performance
•Responsible for driving innovation and ensuring market leading digital capabilities are developed and integrated into the business
•Fulfill the ‘product owner’ role within the Agile development process, defining High Level requirements and contributing to the Solution Design
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or similar preferred
•10+ years of software development experience
•Experience designing, implementing, and deploying web-based systems
•Must have the ability to quickly analyze and solve problems
•Able to work in an environment at a fast pace and with changing priorities
•Broad technical skill set that includes: web design, email, social, mobile and other digital media types.
•Fluent understanding of current web, email and interactive trends, technologies and best practices.
•Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external partners. Team leadership skills and ability to work cross-functional teams.
•Strong team player with enthusiasm, positive attitude and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, which may include extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
•Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
•Strong interpersonal and time management skills are required. Must be well organized and be able to communicate ideas and developing strategies.
•Extensive experience of website design and management, and experience of delivering new, innovative digital capability projects within medium to large businesses
•A strong level of general digital knowledge, preferably within B2C markets and good understanding of key disciplines including web design, user experience and project management
•The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering online change programs using structured project management techniques (experience of agile development is essential)
•A detailed and extensive knowledge of web usability and design best practice. The successful candidate must understand all of the key principles of web design and user experience best practice which underpins development of effective websites
