Your job is to work with third party software partners to build out a powerful ecosystem that sets Zendesk apart from its competitors. Our technology partners are experts in customer service, CRM, e-commerce and web design. You will report to the VP of Business Development and work closely with both our sales and services organizations.

Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage vertical partners in ecommerce. Outline integrations, joint value propositions, joint marketing

Recruit and manage telephony partners. Outline integrations, joint value propositions, joint marketing

Recruit and manage other mid-market integrations. Targets include NetSuite, Marketo, Pardot, Workday.

Identify joint marketing opportunities with existing key partners. Coordinate event marketing, customer marketing and case study opportunities

Manage large existing relationships to drive awareness, joint-content development, joint-marketing and sales.

How to know if you'll enjoy this job...

You have at least five years of experience in software.

You've done something like this before as one of the following: Tech Partner Ecosystem, Technology Partner Manager, or Alliance Manager, or Marketing Alliance Manager

You've worked for a SaaS company before.

You've worked in related software fields like e-commerce, CRM, and you (really should) know technology partners that you can call during your first week in the job.

You're willing to travel in the US and occasionally abroad.

You are be able to give an awesome demo of Zendesk during the interview process (hint).
