Directs a Quality Control (QC) function within T&O. Manages all aspects of the QC function for a line of business or technology area, including managing associates. Responsible for ensuring overall software quality is monitored and maintained. Senior QC Manager establishes QC standards and procedures for a line of business or technology area. These responsibilities extend to providing management oversight, and scheduling coordination for QC activities performed by the QC Team in support of systems and software projects for major lines of business. Has significant interaction with business area executives, vendors and operations executives in determining whether systems and system components, including hardware, networks, system software, tools, and applications are appropriate and/or ready for implementation. Fosters stable support framework for development teams and business units in the area of quality control and the development of new or revised applications. Reports directly to Senior Technology Executive. Typically requires 7-10 years of applicable experience.

Metric and Presentation Design:
- Oversee data collection, metric and report design, and analysis for technology performance metrics
- Design metrics, related definitions
- Establish baselines, and thresholds to track performance
- Design user appropriate presentation layers of reporting for metrics
- Gather and validate data for monthly metrics
- Research metric contributing data to explain monthly underlying components
- Develop commentary to "Tell the Story" behind the metrics
- Analyze data trends to identify areas for improving results

- Metric design and scorecard delivery experience
- Analytical experience
- Good Math aptitude

- Project management experience
