Utilizing your technical and recruiting expertise, you will be charged with recruiting and hiring highly qualified people for our leading edge technology organization. Your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring you to collaborate with HR business partners as well as hiring managers. You will create and execute recruiting strategies that meet the needs of the lead technologists to which you are assigned. As part of our team, you will be an ambassador for Move and for our IT organization, both internally and externally.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for a wide range of positions;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity, the culture of the department and growth opportunities available;
  • Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Understand job duties as well as technology and business requirements
  • Utilize knowledge of innovative recruiting sources to actively & creatively source, screen, evaluate and network with candidates
  • Develop and maintain strong client, candidate, and vendor relationships;
  • Organize, lead and document post-interview feedback sessions
  • Lead the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, interviewer feedback and other recruiting activities
  • Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Education, Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of four (4) years of high volume technology recruiting in a fast paced environment
  • Technical recruitment experience in a corporate environment strongly preferred; experience recruiting within the internet industry required
  • Competitive, energetic and motivated IT recruiting professional
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of Information Technology positions at all levels (Mobile, Data Warehouse & Systems Engineers, Programmers, etc.) required
  • Proficiency with employment interviewing techniques and applicant pre-qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for recruiting A-player IT professionals
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding client service, organization, negotiation and communication skills required
  • Familiarity with Internet recruiting and candidate sourcing tools is critical
  • Established professional network
