Responsibilities

Work with corporate vendors, gathering quotes and placing
orders.
Maintain and monitor domain subscriptions and
service contracts.
Monitor the departmental email
account.
Assist with asset management/inventory.

Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been
filled correctly. Deploy supplies upon arrival.
Assist
Director of Business Operations with invoicing process.

Occasionally provide helpdesk coverage, fielding calls and
opening tickets.
Create and maintain documentation.

Assist with product returns.
Maintain Intercall Account
for two locations.
Assist with configuration, deployment
and maintenance of corporate cell phone and PDAs.
