The Technology Support Associate |
provides technology support to associates at Capital Group offices. Responsibilities include: installation of new applications, daily maintenance of LAN and desktop systems, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, and assisting with automation of tasks.
Additionally, the Technology Support Associate keeps abreast of new technologies and works with other teams to implement new hardware and software into our environment.
Demonstrated experience providing end-user support in a networked environment
Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to working as a team and providing excellent customer service
Demonstrated interest in Financial services and computer technology
Bachelor's degree in business or technology is highly desired
