Requirements:
Understand and comply with all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures and standards. 2. Support the integration of information security in the development, design, and implementation of Hospital Technology Resources that process, transmit, or store CHOP information. 3. Support all compliance activities related to state, federal regulatory requirements, healthcare accreditation standards, and all other applicable regulations that govern the use and disclosure of patient, financial, or other confidential information. Voice Analyst Dept • MSL100 Servord • VoIP Foundations • Call Pilot Administration • Any of the following certifications are considered a plus: A+ Hardware, Net + and Operating System Technologies Certifications, CAD Wireless Analyst Dept • Blackberry Enterprise Server administration Voice Analyst Dept • Working knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance and operations of telephony systems and hardware. • Associate in Specialized Technology Degree desirable • Experience and/or familiarity with IP Telephony technology are highly desirable. Wireless Analyst Dept • High school degree required. • Some College preferred. • Technical School Diploma or equivalent. • Associate degree or related work experience Voice Analyst Dept • Familiarity with tie lines, OPX circuits, trunk lines, Single -mode Fiber and CATV, T1’s and other telephony equipment • Must have working knowledge of basic telecommunication hardware • Knowledge of basic electronic theory; hand tools, power tools, equipment, practices and methods of installing telecommunication equipment; construction and assembly or standard data center racks and wire management hardware. • Must be available via cell phone 24/7 and be able to work flexible hours (such as evenings and weekends) to accommodate Hospital needs. • Experience with process documentation and communication tools including MS Word, Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. • Provide 1st level support for corporate voice infrastructure • Assist in the maintenance and repair of a large-scale PBX network of Northern Telecom CS2100 Meridian PBX Network, peripheral voice equipment, Voice Mail, Call Accounting, Paging System, and Meridian ACD platforms (Symposium/CC 6.0) • Provide support to Ascom Wireless infrastructure Wireless Analyst Dept • Provide Level I Blackberry support to hospital users • Handles highly confidential information/material • Orders parts for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items as needed. • Assist with device setup, troubleshooting and end user support • Serves as a technical resource providing 1st level support to both technology and non-technology staff for the purpose of assisting with resolving issues • Knowledge of paging technologies and protocols such as WCTP and TAPI

Mandatory Requirements:
All CHOP employees who work in a patient building or who provide patient care are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.
