Required: Bachelor's Degree and/ or minimum of five years job-related experience. . Current driver’s license & access to vehicle Supports enterprise-wide telecommunications service delivery, problem resolution and project assignments. Works with team members and service lines to deliever application support and implementation of telecommunications technologies in line with the organizational needs and business goals.
Develops, recommends, reviews, and implements telecommunications technologies along with adjunct services for Western CT Health Network and affiliate sites. Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Experience in Telecommunication or Networkings systems design & aAnalysis, Project Management, strong Technical Documentation skills. Strong Troubleshooting technology skills. Preferred - Hands-on experience with Cisco Avaya, Siemens, Nortel Communications Systems.
Certification in one of the following descplines is preferred: Avaya , Cisco, Microsoft, Siemens, Nortel. Hours: 40 control hours.
